Policy
At Ltdprint we take great pride in delivering bespoke pieces that are carefully hand produced original works of art. Due to this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
Returns
- If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and description of issue. We may require photos of the damage for verification.
- Once we verify the issue it will need to be re-packed in it’s original packaging to prevent further damage during return shipping.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will offer you a replacement or issue you a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
- We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot process claims for lost returns without it.
- Refunds are not provided for any items that are left at depots uncollected. It is the customers responsibility to keep an eye on the progress of their delivery.
- Refunds are not provided in any instance where incorrect shipping addresses have been given-it is the customers responsibility to make sure these are correctly given at the checkout.
